Update

We haven't posted in awhile because nothing exciting is happening that is worth reporting. Emily had an emergency appendectomy last weekend. She had severe pain in the stomach and went to the emergency room at the hospital. They gave her a CT scan and determined the appendix needed to be removed. So she's been home in bed for about a week recovering. She started working from home part-time and hopefully can return to work sometime next week.

Snow fell last weekend, but only an inch or less. Weather is pretty cold, in the upper 20's to low 30's. We have had a fire in our woodstove constantly since we returned from the hospital.
