sunny day

We arrived yesterday and the weather forecast was for rain and thunderstorms, but we woke up this morning and it was sunny! We made it through customs luckily. We had 2 boxes full of chocolate, smoked salmon, cranberry sauce, about 40 printer cartridges, a bike pump, a fancy wine bottle opener so we were worried we might get in trouble with the food or paying taxes. They asked us what was in the box and i said luggage, chocolate, presents...... the lady looked at her manager and he shook his head, that we could proceed to the button. We pressed the button and got a green light so we made it through without any problem! Not sure what we will do now, probably just go walking around and then buy some groceries today and then tomorrow at the market. The photo is at my parents house. I saw two iguanas that live on their roof, but at least they weren't in the house, I think my mom took care of that problem a week ago. I did trap a cockroach, but it wasn't the nasty new york kind, but it was a fast one. We will have to get used to the bugs.....and the heat.
