Luke spent all morning today getting the hammock hanging kits (materials and instructions) put together for Hala to sell at her hammock shop. Luke, mom, and Emily then sat in the hammock to test the strength of the concrete expansion anchors. We spent about 4 hours in La Penita today, between the hardware store, the Thursday market (tianguis), and Hala's shop. However, it turned out to be a nice deal, we traded the kits for a new Mayan hammock. We hit the tianguis and picked up some cheap Chivas jerseys/shorts sets to give as gifts to the kids, Chuy and Alex. Now it is time for a siesta before we go to an all you can eat spaghetti buffet to watch the Packers vs. Vikings game on TV tonight.

Jueves Tianguis Again...
