Holiday - Day 2

Tonight we went out for dinner on the street. Again, it was hopping with Mexican tourists for the long holiday weekend. We went to this taco stand and had tacos de adobada, asada, a quesadilla con carne and a pelliscada (like a combanation of an arepa and a quesadilla). There were various salsas and hot sauces to choose from and Luke chose a very hot (muy picante) one this time. Our mouths were burning. The hippie drummer band was playing, and they were fully outfitted in interesting clothing tonight. We see them alot in town and in La Penita playing at the tianges (Thursday market). Luke had flan on the street tonight, but Emily made peanut butter chocolate ice cream at the house tonight, so they didn't get anything else to ensure there was room for the ice cream.
